The Prophet ﷺ said regarding the verse "And He bound them to the word of piety", "It is, There is no god but Allah."He said, "This is a strange hadith. We do not know it as a marfu narration except through the report of Hasan bin Qaza." He said, "I asked Abu Zura about this hadith, and he did not know it as marfu except through this route."
حدثنا الحسن بن قزعة البصري حدثنا سفيان بن حبيب عن شعبة عن ثوير عن أبيه
عن النبي ﷺ {وألزمهم كلمة التقوى} قال لا إله إلا الله قال هذا حديث غريب لا نعرفه مرفوعا إلا من حديث الحسن بن قزعة قال وسألت أبا زرعة عن هذا الحديث فلم يعرفه مرفوعا إلا من هذا الوجه
[Hasan] Abdullah bin Ahmad also narrated it in Ziyadat al-Musnad, 5/138, no. 21575, from Hasan bin Qazaah, through the same chain. Thuwayr is daif, as mentioned repeatedly before, but the hadith has a sahih corroborating narration in Ibn Hibban's al-Ihsan (218).
