When my exoneration was revealed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood on the pulpit, mentioned it, and recited the Quran. When he came down, he ordered that two men and a woman be punished, and they were given the prescribed lashes.
حدثنا محمد بن بشار حدثنا ابن أبي عدي عن محمد بن إسحق عن عبد الله بن أبي بكر عن عمرة
لما نزل عذري قام رسول الله ﷺ على المنبر فذكر ذلك وتلا القرآن فلما نزل أمر برجلين وامرأة فضربوا حدهم
Its isnad is hasan. Ibn Majah also recorded it in the Hudud chapter, "Chapter on the Punishment for False Accusation," hadith 2567, from Bundar, and Abu Dawud, hadith 4474, from the hadith of Muhammad bin Abu Adi, through this same route, and Ibn Ishaq explicitly stated that he heard it directly, as recorded by Bayhaqi, 8/250.
