The Prophet ﷺ said, "On the Day of Resurrection, the murdered person will come bringing the murderer, holding him by his forelock and head, with his jugular veins gushing blood, saying, 'Lord, this man killed me,' until he brings him close to the Throne."The narrator said, they mentioned repentance to Ibn Abbas, and he recited this verse, "Whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell" [Nisa 4:93]. He said, "This verse has neither been abrogated nor altered, so how can there be repentance for him?"

عن النبي ﷺ قال يجيء المقتول بالقاتل يوم القيامة ناصيته ورأسه بيده وأوداجه تشخب دما يقول يا رب هذا قتلني حتى يدنيه من العرش قال فذكروا لابن عباس التوبة فتلا هذه الآية {ومن يقتل مؤمنا متعمدا فجزاؤه جهنم} قال ما نسخت هذه الآية ولا بدلت وأنى له التوبة
[Its isnad is sahih] Nasai narrated it: 7/87, no. 4010, chapter on the prohibition of blood, section on the gravity of blood, from the hadith of Shababa bin Sawwar, through him.
