Thawban reported that whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ finished his prayer, he would seek Allah's forgiveness three times, then say, "O Allah, You are Peace, and from You comes peace. Blessed are You, Possessor of Majesty and Honor."
حدثنا أحمد بن محمد بن موسى، حدثنا عبد الله بن المبارك، أخبرنا الأوزاعي، حدثني شداد أبو عمار، حدثني أبو أسماء الرحبي،
قال كان رسول الله ﷺ إذا أراد أن ينصرف من صلاته استغفر الله ثلاث مرات ثم قال اللهم أنت السلام ومنك السلام تباركت يا ذا الجلال والإكرام.
It was also narrated by Muslim in the Book of Mosques, in the chapter on the recommendation of remembrance after prayer and describing its manner, hadith no. 591, from the hadith of Uzai, in a similar manner.
