When Allah revealed the verse "Come, let us call our sons and your sons, our women and your women..." [Al Imran 3:61], the Messenger of Allah ﷺ called Ali, Fatimah, Hasan, and Husayn, and said, "O Allah, these are my family."
حدثنا قتيبة حدثنا حاتم بن إسمعيل عن بكير بن مسمار
لما أنزل الله هذه الآية {تعالوا ندع أبناءنا وأبناءكم ونساءنا ونساءكم} الآية دعا رسول الله ﷺ عليا وفاطمة وحسنا وحسينا فقال اللهم هؤلاء أهلي
[Its chain of transmission is hasan] Ibn Majah reported it in Kitab al-Zuhd, Bab Sifat Ummat Muhammad, no. 4287, 4288, from the hadith of Bahz, in abridged form, and it is also found in Tafsir Abdul-Razzaq, 1/135, no. 445.
