Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave the closing salam of the prayer, he would not remain seated longer than it took to say, "Allah, You are Peace, and from You comes peace. Blessed are You, Lord of Majesty and Honor."
حدثنا أحمد بن منيع حدثنا أبو معاوية عن عاصم الأحول عن عبد الله بن الحارث
كان رسول الله ﷺ إذا سلم لا يقعد إلا مقدار ما يقول اللهم أنت السلام ومنك السلام تباركت ذا الجلال والإكرام
Muslim also narrated it in "Masajid," chapter on what should be sought refuge from during prayer, hadith no. 592, from the hadith of Abu Muawiya Adh-Dharir with the same chain.
