Anas bin Malik reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever recites Say, He is Allah, the One two hundred times each day, fifty years' worth of his sins will be wiped away, unless he has a debt upon him."With the same chain of transmission, the Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever wishes to go to sleep in his bed, then lies down on his right side and recites Say, He is Allah, the One one hundred times, when the Day of Resurrection comes, the Lord will say to him, 'My servant, enter Paradise on your right.'"

عن أنس بن مالك

عن النبي ﷺ قال من قرأ كل يوم مائتي مرة قل هو الله أحد محي عنه ذنوب خمسين سنة إلا أن يكون عليه دين وبهذا الإسناد عن النبي ﷺ قال من أراد أن ينام على فراشه فنام على يمينه ثم قرأ قل هو الله أحد مائة مرة فإذا كان يوم القيامة يقول له الرب تبارك وتعالى يا عبدي ادخل على يمينك الجنة
