The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Everything has a peak, and the peak of the Quran is Surah al-Baqarah. Within it is a verse that is the master of the verses of the Quran, the Verse of the Throne."

[Its isnad is daif] Humaydi also narrated it, no. 994, through the hadith of Hakeem bin Jubayr with this wording, and Hakim graded it sahih in 1/560, 561, 2/259, and Dhahabi agreed with him.Hakeem bin Jubayr is daif.The hadith "Everything has a hump, and the hump of the Quran is Surah Baqarah" is hasan. It has corroborating narrations in Hakim 1/561 and elsewhere, and Hakim graded it sahih, and Dhahabi agreed with him.In a sahih narration, it is the greatest verse in the Quran.The hadith "the chief of the verses" of the Quran is found in Bayhaqi's Shuab al-Iman 2/459, no. 2397, and elsewhere. It also has daif corroborating narrations in Bayhaqi's Shuab al-Iman 2/459, the Quran.
