The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The disbeliever's tongue will be dragged out for a league or two, and people will trample upon it."
حدثنا هناد حدثنا علي بن مسهر عن الفضل بن يزيد عن أبي المخارق
قال رسول الله ﷺ إن الكافر ليسحب لسانه الفرسخ والفرسخين يتوطؤه الناس
[Hasan] Abu Mukhariq is unknown (Taqrib). Ahmad (2/92) and Abd bin Humayd narrated it with a hasan chain of transmission from Abu Ajlan Muharibi from Ibn Umar, and this is the correct version, as stated in Tahzib Kamal* and elsewhere. Abu Ajlan was deemed reliable by Ajli, who is moderate in his judgments, so the hadith is hasan.
