A man was mentioned in the presence of the Prophet ﷺ for his devotion in worship and his striving in religious effort, and another was mentioned for his piety and scrupulous restraint. The Prophet ﷺ said, "Nothing equals true piety and scrupulous restraint."Abdullah bin Jafar is a descendant of Miswar bin Makhrama. He is a Madinan, trustworthy according to the scholars of hadith.
