Hasan Basri reported,
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Uthman bin Affan 
will intercede on the Day of Resurrection for as many people as the tribes of Rabia and Mudar combined."

[Its chain is daif] Ajurri narrated it in Shariah, p. 351, from the hadith of Abu Hisham Rafii Kufi, who said, Yahya bin Yaman narrated to us from Jisr Abu Jafar, from Hasan Basri, with this wording.Jisr bin Farqad is daif, most scholars having weakened him with regard to his memory, see Lisan Mizan and others.Mizzi did not mention this hadith in Tuhfat Ashraf.
