حدثنا أبو حفص عمرو بن علي حدثنا خالد بن الحارث حدثنا شعبة عن علي بن زيد
أن رجلا قال يا رسول الله أي الناس خير قال من طال عمره وحسن عمله قال فأي الناس شر قال من طال عمره وساء عمله
HasanAhmad (5/48) also narrated it, from the hadith of Shubah, with the same chain. It was also narrated by Yunus and Humayd [Ahmad 5/44], and by Thabit [Hakim 1/339], from Abdul-Rahman bin Abu Bakra, with the same chain. The preceding hadith serves as a corroborating witness for it.
