I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "You will be granted victory, you will attain your aims, and lands will be opened for you. Whoever among you lives to see that, let him fear Allah, command what is right, and forbid what is wrong. And whoever deliberately lies about me, let him take his seat in the Fire."
حدثنا محمود بن غيلان حدثنا أبو داود أنبأنا شعبة عن سماك بن حرب قال سمعت
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول إنكم منصورون ومصيبون ومفتوح لكم فمن أدرك ذلك منكم فليتق الله وليأمر بالمعروف ولينه عن المنكر ومن كذب علي متعمدا فليتبوأ مقعده من النار
[Its isnad is sahih]. Ahmad narrated it (1/436) from the hadith of Shubah, and Nasai in Al-Kubra, and Abu Dawud, no. 9828, from the hadith of Simak bin Harb, through the same route. Ibn Hibban graded it sahih, no. 1844. It is also found in Musnad Tayalisi, no. 337. The hadith has corroborating narrations.
