The Prophet ﷺ said, "Among the greatest forms of jihad is a word of justice spoken before a tyrannical ruler."

أن النبي ﷺ قال إن من أعظم الجهاد كلمة عدل عند سلطان جائر
[Hasan]. Ibn Majah also narrated it, in the Book of Tribulations, chapter on commanding good and forbidding evil, hadith 4011, from Qasim bin Zakariya bin Dinar, through the same chain. Abu Dawud narrated it, hadith 4344, from the hadith of Israil. The hadith has corroborating narrations found in Abu Dawud, hadith 4344, and Ibn Majah, hadith 4012, and others.There is also a narration on this subject from Abu Umama [Ibn Majah, hadith 4012].
