The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The believer is trusting and noble, while the wicked person is deceitful and ignoble."
حدثنا محمد بن رافع حدثنا عبد الرزاق عن بشر بن رافع عن يحيى بن أبي كثير عن أبي سلمة
قال رسول الله ﷺ المؤمن غر كريم والفاجر خب لئيم
Its isnad is daif. Abu Dawud also narrated it in the Book of Manners, chapter on good companionship, hadith 4790, from the hadith of Abdul-Razzaq through this route, and its chain is daif. Bishr bin Rafi is daif. The hadith has daif corroborating narrations in Abu Dawud and elsewhere.
