Abu Qasim ﷺ, the Prophet of Tawba, said, "Whoever falsely accuses his slave of something the slave is innocent of will have the prescribed punishment carried out against him on the Day of Resurrection, unless it is as he said."

قال أبو القاسم ﷺ نبي التوبة من قذف مملوكه بريئا مما قال له أقام عليه الحد يوم القيامة إلا أن يكون كما قال
Agreed upon (muttafaq alayh). Bukhari transmitted it in the Book of Legal Punishments, chapter on accusing slaves of unlawful sexual intercourse, no. 6858, and Muslim, no. 1660, from the hadith of Fudayl bin Ghazwan, with the same wording.On this topic there is also a report from Suwayd bin Muqarrin [mentioned earlier, no. 1542] and Abdullah bin Umar [to come, no. 1949, and Muslim, no. 1664].
