Abu Musa Ashari reported,
The Prophet ﷺ said, "Many men have attained perfection, but none among women have attained it except Maryam daughter of Imran and Asiya the wife of Pharaoh. The superiority of Ayesha over other women is like the superiority of tharid over all other foods."

عن أبي موسى
عن النبي ﷺ قال كمل من الرجال كثير ولم يكمل من النساء إلا مريم ابنة عمران وآسية امرأة فرعون وفضل عائشة على النساء كفضل الثريد على سائر الطعام
Agreed upon (Bukhari and Muslim). Muslim narrated it in the Book of the Virtues of the Companions, chapter on the virtues of Khadijah, Mother of the Believers
