The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever misses the afternoon prayer is as though he has been robbed of his family and his wealth."
حدثنا قتيبة حدثنا الليث بن سعد عن نافع
عن النبي ﷺ قال الذي تفوته صلاة العصر فكأنما وتر أهله وماله
[Its chain of transmission is sahih] Nasai narrated it in al-Kubra, no. 364, from Qutayba, with the same chain. Bukhari, no. 552, and Muslim, no. 626, also narrated it through the hadith of Nafi, with the same chain.There are also narrations on this subject from Burayda [Bukhari, no. 553] and Nawfal bin Muawiya [Nasai, nos. 479, 481].
