I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "A banner will be raised for the treacherous one on the Day of Resurrection."

سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول إن الغادر ينصب له لواء يوم القيامة

Muslim narrated it in the Book of Jihad, chapter on the prohibition of treachery, no. 1735, from the hadith of Sakhr bin Juwayriyyah, and Bukhari, no. 3188, from the hadith of Nafi, with similar wording.There are also narrations on this subject from Ali [Tirmidhi alluded to it, see his Ilal al-Kabir, 22/678], Abdullah bin Masud [Bukhari, no. 3186, and Muslim, no. 1736], Abu Saeed Khudri [Muslim, no. 1738], and Anas [Bukhari, no. 3186, and Muslim, no. 1737].
