Bukhari narrated it in the chapter on jihad and military expeditions, chapter on people whose homes are attacked at night and children and dependents are struck, etc. (Hadith: 3012, 3013), and Muslim (Hadith: 1745), from the hadith of Sufyan bin Uyayna, with this wording.
