The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed Dhuhr when the sun had passed its zenith.
حدثنا الحسن بن علي الحلواني أخبرنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا معمر عن الزهري قال
أن رسول الله ﷺ صلى الظهر حين زالت الشمس
Bukhari also narrated it in the chapter on Holding Fast to the Book and the Sunnah, section on What Is Disliked Regarding Excessive Questioning, etc., hadith no. 7294, from the hadith of Abdul-Razzaq, at length, and it is found in Jami of Maamar (Musnad Abdul-Razzaq, 11/379-380, hadith no. 20796, at length). Ibn Hibban graded it sahih, hadith no. 268. There is also a report on this subject from Jabir [Abu Dawud, hadith no. 399].
