حدثنا أبو كريب ويحيى بن أكثم قالا حدثنا عبد الله بن إدريس عن عبيد الله عن نافع
أن النبي ﷺ ضرب وغرب وأن أبا بكر ضرب وغرب وأن عمر ضرب وغرب
[Its isnad is sahih]. Nasai narrated it in al-Kubra, no. 7342, and Bayhaqi, 8/223, from the hadith of Abu Kurayb through the same chain.On this topic there are also narrations from Abu Hurairah [previously mentioned, no. 1433], Zayd bin Khalid [previously mentioned, no. 1433], and Ubada bin Samit [previously mentioned, no. 1434].The mawquf hadith was narrated by Bayhaqi from the hadith of Abu Saeed al-Ashaj through the same chain, and its isnad is sahih.
