Bukhari related it in the Book of Legal Punishments, Chapter on the Rulings Concerning the People of the Covenant and Their Marital Status When They Commit Fornication and Are Brought Before the Leader, hadith no. 6841, and Muslim, hadith no. 1699, both from the hadith of Malik through this route.
