The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the sales of munabadhah and mulamasah.
حدثنا أبو كريب ومحمود بن غيلان قالا حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن أبي الزناد عن الأعرج
نهى رسول الله ﷺ عن بيع المنابذة والملامسة
Agreed upon (by Bukhari and Muslim). Muslim narrated it in the Book of Sales, chapter on the invalidity of the sales of touching and throwing, hadith 1511, from Abu Kurayb, and Bukhari, hadith 2146, from the hadith of Abu Zinad, with this wording.There is also a version on this subject from Abu Saeed [Bukhari, hadith 5820, and Muslim, hadith 1512], and from Ibn Umar [Nasai, hadith 4520].
