The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent Hakeem bin Hizam to buy him a sacrificial animal for a dinar. He bought one, then sold it for a profit of a dinar, and bought another in its place. He brought the sacrificial animal along with the dinar to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, who said, "Sacrifice the sheep and give the dinar in charity."
