[Sahih] Abu Dawud narrated it in the Book of Sales, chapter on exchanging one animal for another on credit, no. 3356, from the hadith of Hammad bin Salama with this wording, and Ibn Jarud graded it sahih, no. 611. Shuba also narrated it from Qatada with this wording. The hadith has corroborating narrations in Ibn Hibban, no. 1113.On this subject there are also narrations from Ibn Abbas [Bayhaqi, 5/288, 289], Jabir [coming at 1238], and Ibn Umar [Tahawi in Maani al-Athar, 4/60].
