The Prophet ﷺ said, "Any man who marries a woman and consummates the marriage with her, it is not lawful for him to marry her daughter. But if he has not consummated the marriage with her, he may marry her daughter. And any man who marries a woman, whether he has consummated the marriage with her or not, it is not lawful for him to marry her mother."
حدثنا قتيبة حدثنا ابن لهيعة
أن النبي ﷺ قال أيما رجل نكح امرأة فدخل بها فلا يحل له نكاح ابنتها وإن لم يكن دخل بها فلينكح ابنتها وأيما رجل نكح امرأة فدخل بها أو لم يدخل بها فلا يحل له نكاح أمها

[Its chain is daif] Bayhaqi narrated it, 7/160, from the hadith of Ibn Lahia through the same chain, and he used the vague form of transmission (an'ana).The hadith of Muthanna was narrated by Bayhaqi.
