One day I climbed onto the roof of Hafsah's house and saw the Prophet ﷺ relieving himself, facing Sham with his back to the Kaabah.

رقيت يوما على بيت حفصة فرأيت النبي ﷺ على حاجته مستقبل الشام مستدبر الكعبة
Agreed upon by Bukhari and Muslim. Bukhari narrated it in Wudu, chapter titled "Relieving oneself in houses," no. 148, and Muslim narrated it in Purification, chapter titled "Cleansing after relieving oneself," no. 266, from the hadith of Ubaydullah bin Umar, through the same chain.
