I said, "Messenger of Allah, I am a woman who braids her hair tightly. Should I undo it for the bath of major ritual impurity?"He said, "No. It is enough for you to pour three handfuls of water over your head, then pour water over the rest of your body, and you will be purified," or he said, "and you will have purified yourself."

قلت يا رسول الله إني امرأة أشد ضفر رأسي أفأنقضه لغسل الجنابة قال لا إنما يكفيك أن تحثين على رأسك ثلاث حثيات من ماء ثم تفيضين على سائر جسدك الماء فتطهرين أو قال فإذا أنت قد تطهرت
