The Prophet ﷺ recited the Opening of the Book over the funeral.
حدثنا أحمد بن منيع حدثنا زيد بن حباب حدثنا إبراهيم بن عثمان عن الحكم عن مقسم
أن النبي ﷺ قرأ على الجنازة بفاتحة الكتاب
[Its chain is extremely daif] Ibn Majah also narrated it in the Book of Funerals, chapter on what has been said about reciting over the funeral, no. 1495, from Ahmad bin Mani through the same route.Ibrahim bin Uthman was declared a liar by Shubah, as mentioned in Umdat al-Qari and elsewhere, and the hadith that follows makes this one unnecessary.
