[Hasan] Abu Dawud transmitted it in the Book of Funerals, Chapter on Walking in Front of the Funeral, no. 3179, as did Ibn Majah, no. 1482, and Nasai, 4/56, no. 1946, from the hadith of Ibn Uyayna through this route. Ibn Hibban graded it sahih (al-Ihsan), no. 3036, and it has hasan corroborating narrations, see the hadith that follows.
