The Prophet ﷺ said, "No prayer is accepted without purification, and no charity is accepted from what has been taken from war spoils dishonestly."Hannad in his version said, "except with purification."
حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد حدثنا أبو عوانة عن سماك بن حرب ح و حدثنا هناد حدثنا وكيع عن إسرائيل عن سماك عن مصعب بن سعد
عن النبي ﷺ قال لا تقبل صلاة بغير طهور ولا صدقة من غلول قال هناد في حديثه إلا بطهور
Muslim also narrated it in the Book of Purification, Chapter on the Obligation of Purification for Prayer, no. 224, from Qutayba with the same wording.On this subject there are also narrations from Abu Malih, from his father [Abu Dawud, no. 59, and Ibn Majah, no. 271, and others], from Abu Hurairah [Bukhari, no. 135, 6954, and Muslim, no. 225], and from Anas [Ibn Majah, no. 273].
