Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to recite in the two rakahs of Fajr, in the first of them the verse from al-Baqarah, "Say, we believe in Allah and in what has been revealed to us" [Baqarah 2:136] to the end of the verse, and in the second, "We believe in Allah, and bear witness that we are Muslims" [Aal Imran 3:52].

ابن عباس أخبره

أن رسول الله ﷺ كان يقرأ في ركعتي الفجر في الأولى منهما الآية التي في البقرة {قولوا آمنا بالله وما أنزل إلينا} إلى آخر الآية وفي الأخرى {آمنا بالله واشهد بأنا مسلمون}
