I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when he began the prayer, raise his hands, and when he bowed, and when he raised his head from bowing, until they were level with the tops of his ears.

رأيت رسول الله ﷺ حين دخل في الصلاة رفع يديه وحين ركع وحين رفع رأسه من الركوع حتى حاذتا فروع أذنيه
