Whenever we prayed behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, I loved to be on his right side.
أخبرنا سويد بن نصر قال أنبأنا عبد الله عن مسعر عن ثابت بن عبيد عن ابن البراء
كنا إذا صلينا خلف رسول الله ﷺ أحببت أن أكون عن يمينه
Reported by Muslim in "Prayer of the Traveler," chapter on the recommendation of the imam being on the right, hadith no. 709, from the hadith of Masaar, with the same chain, and it is also in Kubra, hadith no. 896.
