He prayed Maghrib and Isha at Jam together with a single iqamah, then he reported from Ibn Umar that he did the same, and Ibn Umar reported that the Prophet ﷺ did the same.
أخبرنا محمد بن المثنى قال حدثنا عبد الرحمن قال حدثنا شعبة عن الحكم وسلمة بن كهيل
أنه صلى المغرب والعشاء بجمع بإقامة واحدة ثم حدث عن ابن عمر أنه صنع مثل ذلك وحدث ابن عمر أن النبي ﷺ صنع مثل ذلك
[Sahih] See the previous hadith, found in Kubra, no. 1622. His saying, "with a single iqamah," meaning for each prayer, that is, he prayed each of the two prayers with a separate iqamah, meaning the two prayers were performed with two iqamahs.
