The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever drinks wine in this world and dies while still addicted to it, not having repented from it, will not drink it in the Hereafter."
أخبرنا سويد قال أنبأنا عبد الله عن حماد بن زيد قال حدثنا أيوب عن نافع
عن النبي ﷺ قال من شرب الخمر في الدنيا فمات وهو يدمنها لم يتب منها لم يشربها في الآخرة
Reported by Muslim, Book of Drinks, Chapter on the statement that every intoxicant is wine and every wine is forbidden, hadith no. 2003, from the hadith of Hammad bin Zayd, at length, and it is also in Kubra, hadith no. 5183.
