The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever drinks wine in this world and does not repent from it will be denied it in the Hereafter."
أخبرنا قتيبة عن مالك والحارث بن مسكين قراءة عليه وأنا أسمع واللفظ له عن ابن القاسم قال حدثني مالك عن نافع
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال من شرب الخمر في الدنيا ثم لم يتب منها حرمها في الآخرة
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Drinks, Chapter on Allah's saying, "Intoxicants, gambling, idols, and divining arrows are but filth", no. 5575, and Muslim, in the Book of Drinks, Chapter on the punishment for one who drinks intoxicants if he does not repent from it, etc., no. 76, 77/2003, from the hadith of Malik through this same chain. It is also found in the Muwatta, 2/846, and in Kubra, no. 5181.
