The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would pray Dhuhr when the sun passed its zenith, and he would pray Asr between these two prayer times of yours. He would pray Maghrib when the sun set, and he would pray Isha when the twilight disappeared. Then he added afterward, and he would pray Fajr until vision could extend clearly.
أخبرنا إسمعيل بن مسعود ومحمد بن عبد الأعلى قالا حدثنا خالد عن شعبة عن أبي صدقة
كان رسول الله ﷺ يصلي الظهر إذا زالت الشمس ويصلي العصر بين صلاتيكم هاتين ويصلي المغرب إذا غربت الشمس ويصلي العشاء إذا غاب الشفق ثم قال على إثره ويصلي الصبح إلى أن ينفسح البصر
[Sahih] Ahmad narrated it in 3/129, from the hadith of Shubah, through this route, and it is also in Kubra, no. 1532, in the narration of Muhammad bin Abdul-Ala, and its isnad is hasan. Abu Sadaqah, whose name was Tawbah, was deemed reliable by Dhahabi, and Shubah narrated from him, and Shubah generally only narrated from those he considered reliable. The hadith has corroborating narrations.
