Whenever the Prophet ﷺ left his house, he would say, "In the name of Allah. My Lord, I seek refuge in You from slipping or going astray, from wronging others or being wronged, and from acting ignorantly or having others act ignorantly toward me."
[Its chain is daif] Tirmidhi narrated it in the Dawat, chapter on the supplication "Allah, I have placed my trust in Allah," hadith 3427, from the hadith of Mansur, with this wording, and he said, "Hasan sahih." It is also in al-Kubra, hadith 7921, and Hakim graded it sahih according to the criteria of the two Shaykhs, 1/519, and Dhahabi agreed with him.Shaybi did not hear from Umm Salama, as Ibn Madini stated, and Hakim disagreed with him, but the correct view is that of Ibn Madini.
