I heard Umar bin Khattab say, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to seek refuge from five things, saying, 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from cowardice, miserliness, the wretchedness of old age, the trials of the heart, and the punishment of the grave.'"
