The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me, "Say, 'Allah, make me steadfast and guide me.'" He also forbade me from sitting on mayathir. The mayathir were saddle cushions that women used to make for their husbands to place upon the camel's saddle, resembling velvet coverings of crimson dye.

Muslim reported it in the Book of Clothing, chapter on the prohibition of wearing a ring on the middle finger and the one next to it, hadith no. 2078/64, from the hadith of Abdullah bin Idris, and it is also found in Kubra, hadith no. 9825.
