Anas bin Malik reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ permitted Abdul-Rahman bin Awf and Zubayr bin Awwam to wear silk shirts on account of an itch they suffered from.

Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Jihad, chapter on silk in war, no. 2919, and Muslim narrated it in the Book of Clothing, chapter on the permissibility of a man wearing silk if he has an itch or something similar, no. 2076, both from the hadith of Saeed bin Abu Aruba, with the same chain.
