An Arabi urinated in the mosque, so some of the people got up to confront him. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Leave him alone, do not interrupt him." When he had finished, the Prophet ﷺ called for a bucket of water and poured it over the spot.Abu Abdul-Rahman said, meaning, do not cut him off.
أخبرنا قتيبة قال حدثنا حماد عن ثابت
أن أعرابيا بال في المسجد فقام عليه بعض القوم فقال رسول الله ﷺ دعوه لا تزرموه فلما فرغ دعا بدلو فصبه عليه قال أبو عبد الرحمن يعني لا تقطعوا عليه
Agreed upon. Muslim also reported it in Kitab al-Tahara, Bab wujub ghusl al-bawl wa ghayrihi... etc., hadith (6025), from hadith (284), from Qutayba. And Bukhari, Kitab al-Adab, Bab al-rifq fi al-amr kullihi, from Hammad bin Zayd, through him. It is also in al-Kubra, hadith (51).
