A woman asked her about dyeing with henna. She replied, "There is no harm in it, but I dislike it because my beloved ﷺ used to dislike its smell," meaning the Prophet ﷺ.
أخبرني إبراهيم بن يعقوب قال حدثنا أبو زيد سعيد بن الربيع قال حدثنا علي بن المبارك قال سمعت كريمة قالت
سألتها امرأة عن الخضاب بالحناء قالت لا بأس به ولكن أكره هذا لأن حبي ﷺ كان يكره ريحه تعني النبي ﷺ

[Its chain of transmission is daif] Abu Dawud narrated it, no. 4164 (see the previous hadith) from the hadith of Ali bin Mubarak, with the same wording, and it is found in Kubra, no. 9365. Karimah, I have not found anyone who authenticated her.
