She heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "The hand of a thief is not to be cut off except for a quarter of a Dinar or more."
أخبرني أحمد بن عمرو بن السرح قال حدثنا ابن وهب قال أخبرني مخرمة عن أبيه عن سليمان بن يسار عن عمرة
أنها سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول لا تقطع يد السارق إلا في ربع دينار فصاعدا
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Hudud, chapter on the punishment for theft and its threshold, hadith no. 3/1684, from the hadith of Sulayman bin Yasar, through the same route. It is also found in Kubra, hadith no. 7422.His uncle is Yaqub, and Ibn Ishaq is Muhammad.
