The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The reward of praying in congregation exceeds that of one of you praying alone by twenty-five degrees. The angels of the night and the angels of the day gather together at the dawn prayer."Then he said, "Recite, if you wish, 'And the recitation of dawn. Indeed, the recitation of dawn is ever witnessed' [Isra 17:78]."
أخبرنا كثير بن عبيد قال حدثنا محمد بن حرب عن الزبيدي عن الزهري عن سعيد بن المسيب
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال تفضل صلاة الجمع على صلاة أحدكم وحده بخمسة وعشرين جزءا ويجتمع ملائكة الليل والنهار في صلاة الفجر واقرءوا إن شئتم {وقرآن الفجر إن قرآن الفجر كان مشهودا}
Muslim narrated it, in the book of Mosques, chapter on the merit of praying in congregation, etc., hadith no. 649, from the hadith of Zuhri with this chain, and its basic content is agreed upon [by Bukhari and Muslim], Bukhari, hadith no. 4717, 648, and Muslim, hadith no. 246/649, with a slight difference.
