The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever peers into the house of a people without their permission and they put out his eye, there is no blood-money for him and no retaliation."
أخبرنا محمد بن المثنى قال حدثنا معاذ بن هشام قال حدثني أبي عن قتادة عن النضر بن أنس عن بشير بن نهيك
عن النبي ﷺ قال من اطلع في بيت قوم بغير إذنهم ففقئوا عينه فلا دية له ولا قصاص
[Sahih] Ahmad reported it: 2/385, from the hadith of Muaz bin Hisham Dastawai, with this wording. It is also in al-Kubra, hadith no. 7065, and it has corroborating narrations in Bukhari and Muslim and others. See the following hadith.
