The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The right of pre-emption applies to every property that has not yet been divided. Once the boundaries have been established and the pathways defined, there is no pre-emption."
أخبرنا هلال بن بشر قال حدثنا صفوان بن عيسى عن معمر عن الزهري
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال الشفعة في كل مال لم يقسم فإذا وقعت الحدود وعرفت الطرق فلا شفعة
[Sahih]. It is in Kubra, no. 6303. Bukhari also related it, no. 2213, 2214, and others, from Mamar from Zuhri from Abu Salama from Jabir, connected, and by this the hadith is confirmed sahih. It has many corroborating narrations.
