The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whenever two parties make a sale, the transaction is not binding between them until they part, unless it is a sale with the option of choice."
أخبرنا عمرو بن يزيد عن بهز بن أسد قال حدثنا شعبة قال حدثنا عبد الله بن دينار
قال رسول الله ﷺ كل بيعين فلا بيع بينهما حتى يتفرقا إلا بيع الخيار
